Wilmarwell home is a new, modern house build to suite anybody who wishes to rest stay, live in for a day, week, or months. It is located in Tanzania at Shirati Kabwana.

This house is close to Lake Victoria, Shirati teaching Hospital, and four hours away from Serengeti National Park (Game reserve-safari).
Enclosure:
This wellness house has the following:
i) Electricity and solar system, Internet access, plus security cameras
ii) A Living room, dining room and Kitchen (with gas and electricity stove) well furnished.
ii) Three bedrooms with beds and mosquito nets and a car garage.
iii) Two flushable toilet (restrooms), Two showers, and one bathtub.
Payment:
i) We accept credit cards, mobile money, and direct bank deposit.
Prices:
i) 1 room per day (head) That is one day stay/24 hrs. $ 30.00 (30 dollars)
ii) 1 room per week (head) That is 7 days stay $ 210.00 (210 dollars)
iii) 1 room per month (head) That is 30 days stay $ 900.00 (900.00 dollars)
Feeding /Laundry/Housekeeping:
i) You (the visitor) is/are responsible to buy and cook your own food, and do his/her own laundry
ii) Wilmarwell is responsible for house maintenance and cleaning
Liability:
i) The use of illegal drugs, firearms, transactions of illegal activities not in conformity with Tanzanian laws is prohibit within or around this property.
ii) The visitor will be charged the original price in case of breakage or destruction of any item inside or within the house.
Entry /exit check list:
i) The visitor will be given a check list itemizing what they will see and use while on their stay. The visitor will cross check the items and initial on each item,
ii) At time of exist, the property manager will cross check the list to ensure everything is in order (not broken / destroy) before the visitor evacuate /end their stay.
