SECTION B: PAYMENTS/ CANCELLATION/ REFUNDS.
Payment:
- Payment before service (s), from customer to Wilmarwell, LLC in the form of: cash, check, electronically, credit or debit ATM, or direct deposit.
- There will be a $35.00 (thirty-five dollar) nonrefundable additional charge to the customer for check (account) with insufficient funds.
Cancellation and Refunds
- We Wilmarwell reserve the right to cancel any service (s) due to adverse environmental conditions such as, flood, bad weather, unsafe circumstances that put our customer, employees or the public into risk/harm’s way. In this case:The customer will be notified and given a chance to reschedule.
There will be a 100% full refund to the customer within a month period if such as situation does exist. - For service(s) in which there is disturbance of peace at the time of delivery (presentation of service in session) caused by the customer, there will be no refund to the customer as the session will have to stop (cancelled), to protect life and property. In this case, the customer is responsible to pay the whole full amount of the fee and will not be given a chance to reschedule.For service(s), interrupted by adverse weather, environmental conditions, at the time of delivery (presentation in progress), that puts our customer, our employee or the public at risk, such a session will be cancelled, and the following will apply:
The customer will not be charged
The customer will be given a chance to reschedule for the same original fee within two weeks period, if the customer fails to reschedule with the two weeks period they will be charged for a full amount and there will be no refund. - For cancellation: Please customer contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a $ 50.00 (fifty dollar) nonrefundable late cancellation fee.
- For customer(s) that book a service(s) and fail to attend (participate), fail to cancel within a 24hour period, in this case, the customer is responsible to pay the whole non-refundable amount of the entire fee to Wilmarwell, LLC.

SECTION C: TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) PRIVACY
Wilmarwell, LLC may send text messages to clients who have provided their mobile number and
given express written consent to receive them. Consent is collected through our intake and
contact forms, in person at our Richmond location, or by request.
Message types include appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling changes,
treatment and post-care follow-up, and membership or account notices.
Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time
by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or visit our website at
wilmarwell.com.
Wilmarwell, LLC does not share or sell your SMS opt-in, mobile number, or consent to any third
party or affiliate for marketing purposes. This applies regardless of any other provision in this
policy — mobile numbers and SMS consent collected for text messaging are excluded from any
information sharing described elsewhere on this page. Consent to receive text messages is not
a condition of receiving treatment, services, or membership.
Text message opt-in data is retained only as long as needed to honor your consent and opt-out
preferences, and is stored with the same protections applied to other client information.
